My main complaint is the software for each video in a single movie. when I tried to do the conversion I got error code 5 and 6, with the suggestion of e-mail or call the support. I tried to e-mail message, but the process is so confused that I gave, and instead called the number 800 dates. He spoke with a representative who asked for my phone and promised to call back with an answer in minutes. It is 10 hours and I'm still waiting. Furthermore, the process for registering the product so archaic that I gave traying to register it.

This innovation is very popular not only because it saves space but because moving the information from the hard drive camcorder, either your computer or DVD is extremely easy, it's really a good thing.

Another advantage is the hard drive is usually very important you can get in,a large amount before he transferred to the information elsewhere. The ability to move the video on the computer makes it much easier to use with some of the latest video creation software.

After a frustrating weeks trying to learn to transfer video from a Sony video camera for my otherwise excellent 24-inch, 2.6 GHz Intel Core Duo iMac (running OX 10.5.6 and iMovie 09), we returned to the Sony Amazon (thanks, Amazon!) and replaced it with Canon.

The support of the Sony manual, website, and engineers have been useless for me as a Mac user, but the Canon manual told me everything I needed to know. I do not need to spend hours scouring the Net for solutions. Have not called Canon Tech Support.
